Document checks
The Secretariat checks eligibility, completeness and publication rights. Missing explanations must be supplied before technical assessment.
Project images, technical content and organisational information require clear sources. Unsupported promotional claims cannot replace facts.
Technical assessment
Submissions go to experts in the relevant field, with declarations of interest and withdrawal where conflicts arise. Assessment considers quality, methods, technical value and transferable experience.
Recording results
Confirmed outcomes are published and archived through the annual process. Professional recognition does not replace administrative approval, statutory qualifications, acceptance or test certification.
