Selection uses factual records, technical review, conflict-of-interest checks, publication and archiving. Assessment focuses on practical quality, organisation, management, green construction and lessons learned, rather than promotion or project size.
- Apply voluntarily or be nominated by members, experts or partners.
- The Secretariat checks documents, publication scope and project references.
- The Expert Committee conducts discipline-specific screening, further assessment and discussion.
- Provisionally selected projects are published and included in the annual records.
- Results are announced through the forum or Association channels and archived.
