Who can apply
Applications are open to companies, organisations and professionals in Asian urban construction, including developers, contractors, designers, consultants, managers, researchers and engineers. The Association determines the appropriate membership category from the application.
Organisation applications
For organisations joining activities, contributing projects, research and forums under their institutional name.
Individual applications
For people participating individually in activities, research, project discussions and professional exchange.
Recommended applications
For project leaders, researchers and technical staff recommended by members, experts or partners.
Annual update
Registered members confirm contacts, public information, participation history and record status annually.

Processing steps
- The individual or organisation submits an application and basic documents.
- The Secretariat checks completeness, publication scope and contacts.
- Eligible applications are registered and assigned a membership reference.
- Information enters the Association's records and is published or summarised within the authorised scope.
- Members update records annually and request checks from the Secretariat when changes occur.
Procedural information
- Registration supports Association activities and internal records. It does not replace licences, professional qualifications or administrative approvals in Vietnam or elsewhere.
- Project, award or research submissions may be referred for expert review or assessment.
- Membership references generally begin with AUCEA-M; official information follows Secretariat records.
